Review by hotel critic
Review of Sunstar Hotel for Business TravelersDuring my recent stay at Sunstar Hotel for a corporate retreat, I found the experience to be mixed. While the amenities catered adequately to business needs, certain aspects left much to be desired. The hotel offers essential business amenities, including a meeting room and a business center, which are functional for hosting discussions or conferences. The high-speed Wi-Fi made remote work straightforward, allowing me to stay connected without interruptions. the availability of free parking was a plus for our team. While the majority of staff were cooperative and welcoming, I encountered some challenges with Manager Rampal, who approached things differently. His inclination to emphasize payments before genuine service was unsettling. The front desk staff maintained professionalism throughout. The Sunstar Hotel provides a decent base for business travel, with sufficient facilities for meetings and remote work. If improved hospitality could be implemented, it would be a more compelling choice for future corporate retreats.
